Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Agone platform, accessible at agone.app, operated by Agone SAS, a company under Ivorian law governed by the OHADA Uniform Act.

By creating an account on Agone, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

To use Agone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Have a valid email address
• Be a real person (not a bot)

Agone offers two roles:

• Tenant / Buyer: searches and books real estate
• Landlord / Seller: publishes and manages listings

The same account can exercise both roles.

As a landlord on Agone, you agree to:

• Only list properties you own or are legally authorized to list
• Provide accurate information about your properties
• Respond to visit requests within 48 hours
• Honor listed prices
• Not request payments outside Agone for transactions made through the platform

As a tenant on Agone, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Attend confirmed visits
• Make payments through the Agone platform
• Treat landlords with respect
• Report any issues to support@agone.app

Agone reserves the right to remove any listing that:

• Contains false or misleading information
• Offers non-existent properties
• Violates applicable laws
• Includes offensive or inappropriate content

Agone is a connection platform. We are not party to contracts concluded between landlords and tenants. Agone cannot be held liable for damages resulting from transactions between users.

Agone may suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, without notice in case of serious violation.

These terms are governed by Ivorian law and OHADA law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
